This is the center of the CPD Universe, and they soaked up the Reiki! We’ve never seen so many mudras (ritualistic hand positions) in effect while giving Reiki sessions. We consider it evidence of meditation and yoga training throughout the department. Good stuff!

One of my earlier Reiki students, Diana Ponce, works at HQ, and she and Sally Bown did a great job promoting our event in advance. We worked with 36 people.

They’d created a quiet, therapeutic space for us in the Media Room. We’re okay working in chaotic workplaces, but this is nicer, for obvious reasons. You can see the results of the sessions below.
