Launching the JBVA Reiki Program

It's been years in the making, but we're ready to begin a robust Reiki volunteer program inside the Jesse Brown Medical Center. This awesome group of volunteers (and a few not pictured) has jumped through all the hoops required by the VA and we're ready to start offering Reiki 3x/week to veterans and staff. We gathered for orientation and some bonding yesterday, and the warm-hearted enthusiasm was palpable. If I can manage a few more admin duties, we'll be starting Monday May 19th. =0)  To see how Reiki benefits veterans, check out this video.
