Reiki for UCAN Community Wellness Day

UCAN Chicago is launching a series of Community Wellness events in areas without adequate healthcare options, and we were honored to receive an invitation to provide Reiki at their first event.

We met wonderful people, shared healing experiences, tasted yummy, healthy cheesecake, and left with an invitation to participate in future events.

We love the fact that success of communities is being traced back to wellness of individuals, and that resources are being put into these efforts in areas which have not seen much support.

Thanks to Mike and Liz for trekking in from the ‘burbs to join me in bringing some Reiki love to the North Lawndale community.
